I am a full stack developer with a background in audio-visual production and graphic design.

I have always been interested in programming. Already during my studies and creative practice I was programming midi controllers to interact with motion graphics which I created using various design programs and Processing. It became my ambition to develop myself further in this direction and I joined Codaisseur Academy. I graduated the immersive 10 week course on complete stacks. I learnt to build complex websites and even multiplayer games with databases, APIs, and modern front-end technology.

Since 2018 I am broadening my experience. I have got to collaborate on various projects while working for digital agencies, Booreiland and Dept.

In September 2020 I joined TheyDo. Our engineering team work closely to develop new features and maintain existing codebase of the customer centric tool for real-time collaborative journey mapping.

Next to programming, I am also active as a graphic designer and audio-visual producer. I work for individual clients, brands and events to create visual identities. Furthermore I have experience working on several video projects. With my background in music production and sound recording, I am able to create both, visual and audio layer.

Lastly, under the alias ‘Mill Burray’ I make plunderphonics and industrial techno using processed field recordings, foley sounds and various audio samples. I like to combine it with abstract visual compositions, 2D animations and found footage. My goal is to create new, slightly ironic and playful environment.
